Warranty Information
  • Q: What is the warranty on my product?
    • A: Manufacturer do not warranty products that are purchased for $29 or less.  You will need to contact the retailer/seller where the item was purchased to see what their return or exchange policy maybe.

      There is a 45-day Manufacturer’s warranty period for products that are purchased from $30-$99.  And for products that are above $100, there is a 60-day Manufacturer’s warranty period.

      Specifications may vary on what is required to submit for a warranty claim and it is upon Manufacturer to deem if an item is defective or not, which determines if the parts or an item will be replaced or not.

  • Q: I do not have a receipt. Can I still apply for a claim by filling the Inquiry Form?
    • A: Unfortunately, without a receipt we are not able to assist you. For all claims, we must be able to confirm when and where the item was purchased.  And also how much the item was so that we can confirm if the item is valid for a warranty claim under Manufacturer’s warranty condition. If you paid with a check, debit or credit card you may go back to the retailer/seller to reprint a receipt.  We would be able to accept that, and provide further services.

  • Q: I purchased an item and it is below $29, what is my warranty?
    • A: Manufacturer do not warranty any item that is purchased for less than $29. 

  • Q: I purchased my item from a second hand shop, what is my warranty?
    • A: Manufacturer’s warranty do not cover or extend to any product purchased from a third party retailer/seller (i.e. second hand shop, garage sales, online auctions, or online retailers not purchasing directly from Manufacturer), as the product may not be new and parts could be missing due to being used or opened prior to the resell.  You may contact us to purchase the part you need upon its availability.

  • Q: My product falls within the $30-$99 range, what information do I need to submit in order to set up a claim?
    • A: Please double check your receipt, make sure that you purchased the product within the last 45 days, and that it is not purchased from a third party retailer/seller. Then, please fill out the Inquiry Form via the Contact Us page from our website and upload the below 3 required pieces of information:

      Copy of the original proof of purchase
      Picture of the whole product completely assembled 
      Picture of the issue/area(s) of concern

      NOTE: If your product is not in stock, a comparable product of equal value will be offered at Manufacturer’s discretion. Please remember to keep all parts of the product as more information may be required of you at anytime. Submission of this information does NOT guarantee you will be approved for a replacement.

  • Q: My product is above $100, what information do I need to submit in order to set up a claim?
    • A: Products in this range usually include Constant Air Water Slide or Land Bouncer.
      Please double check your receipt, make sure that you purchased the product within the last 60 days, and that it is not purchased from a third party retailer/seller.  Then, please fill out the Inquiry Form via the Contact Us page from our website and upload the below 4 required pieces of information:

      Copy of the original proof of purchase
      Picture of the item fully inflated
      Picture of the issue/area(s) of concern
      Picture of the Manufacturer’s code which is located UNDERNEATH the short yellow air release sleeve.  It is about 5-8 digit long code.

      NOTE: If your product is not in stock, a comparable product of equal value will be offered at Manufacturer's discretion. Please remember to keep all parts of the product as more information may be required of you at anytime. Submission of this information does NOT guarantee you will be approved for a replacement.

  • Q: My blower for the slide is not working, what is the warranty on the blower?
    • A: The warranty period for a blower is 180 days from the date of purchase. Please double check your receipt, make sure that you purchased the product within the last 180 days, and that it is not purchased from a third party retailer/seller.  Then, please fill out the Inquiry Form via the Contact Us page from our website and upload the below required piece of information:

      Copy of the original proof of purchase

      NOTE: Please remember to keep all parts of the product as more information may be required of you at anytime. Submission of this information does NOT guarantee you will be approved for a replacement.
