For the products retail below $100 you will need to contact the retail partner where the item was purchased to find out the retailer's/seller's return/ exchange policy.


If a product retails above $100, it may carry a 60-day or a 90-day Manufacturer’s limited warranty. Not all products carry warranties.


Manufacturer will determine whether an item is defective or not, upon review.  The defective part will be replaced only if determined to be defective by the manufacturer.
