Not all missing parts are covered under warranty. You may submit a fresh support ticket for further advice from the manufacturer. Be sure to attach a legible copy of the complete receipt.

NOTE: Should the warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer; and the part in concern is out of stock, a comparable part would be offered at manufacturer's discretion. Remember to keep all parts of the product as more information may be required and/ or you may have to ship the item/ part back to the manufacturer. 

Submission of a ticket does NOT guarantee that a claim would be approved for replacement.
